Work privately to accelerate your training to the next level. Gain skills and knowledge that will progress you on a personal level both physically and mentally. Available as 1:1 or 2:1 with a friend (similar physical capabilities). These sessions are for everyone but particularly useful to accelerate your progress, for athletes in particular or if you have any injury concerns.

Pilates done privately is also the ideal way to begin to learn. Learn the springs, straps and basic movements before practising in a group environment.
