Following a sports injury or surgery Pilates has been regularly linked with recovery and rehab. Using the equipment for support helps us to regain strength and rebalance safely and efficiently. Pilates by nature identifies imbalances and quickly picks up on areas that might need attention, particularly after an injury, trauma or pain.

This allows us to get back free functional movement quicker, return to sports and daily activities.
