Most people don’t need more exercise.

They need a better understanding of how their body moves.

The Movement Logic method

Movement Logic simplifies movement by showing you what your body specifically needs.

  • Assess – How you move (gait, joints, patterns)
  • Restore – What’s missing (mobility, control)
  • Integrate – Into real movement

Understand and improve how your body moves.

Coaching

Through structured movement, joint specific training and progressive load you will gain:

  • Range – Access to movement
  • Control – The ability to own it
  • Strength – Power within it

Train in a focused environment for real change.

Who it’s for?

You might already train regularly but still feel tight, restricted, or not quite right.

  • Athletes – You perform high level but want unlock more
  • Sports People –You’ve tried stretching but nothing changes

  • Invested Movers – You want to move better, not just harder

Filling the gaps in your movement.

My Approach

Over the years, my work has evolved beyond traditional Pilates into a fully integrated approach to movement and performance.

As a movement specialist, I combine biomechanics, joint-focused training, gait analysis, fascial work, and Pilates into one cohesive system—so nothing is treated in isolation, and everything works together.

This approach develops strength, mobility, and control alongside a deeper connection to how your body moves and functions—helping you build a body that is not just stronger, but more capable, resilient, and efficient.

When you train with me, you gain a highly attentive and invested partner in your progress—focused on helping you move better, train without pain, and perform at your best.

“Movement Logic is an absolute delight. Gorgeous space and a brilliant instructor. As a novice on the equipment, but with some experience of pilates, this is a serious step change in my exercise regime. I cannot wait to progress.”
