WHAT DOES IT DO FOR ME AND WHO IS IT FOR?
Stretch Therapy is designed to increase your range of motion by targeting the entire joint capsule, not just the muscles and connective tissues. We move in and out of stretches of varying intensity. Created to bring relief and recovery for overworked exercise junkies, athletes, stiff office workers and everyone in between. This one on one assisted stretching will push the needle moving faster towards your flexibility and mobility goals or just become and integral part of your self care routine.

Everyone can benefit from a personally tailored, professional stretch. It is gentle, yet the results are very deep and long-lasting. A real body essential to reduce tension and stiffness, improve flexibility, increased range of motion and down-regulating the nervous system.

WHEN SHOULD I GET STRETCHED?
You can book in anytime. This is a safe method for pre or post workout and targeted to reduce risk of injury, boost performance or speed recovery. And it’s super relaxing!!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable, non restrictive clothing. You won’t get sweaty or need a shower so as long as you can freely move, you’re good to stretch!
