GROUP CLASSES

All our classes are based on a simple leveling system to help guide you towards the best class for you.

BEGINNERS – If you’re new to Pilates Revolution and/or Pilates.

OPEN – Develop your practice! This is an open ground where we’ll explore.

FLOW/ADVANCED – For those with regular practice, teachers, and those wanting to work hard.

REFORMER

A small group reformer class (3:1) that will work your body from top to toe. Each reformer class is a total body workout and a balance between strength, flexibility and control.

With only 3 per class, this feels semi private and plenty of attention for quicker progress.

TOWER

With no more than 4 in a group, you will receive individual attention where you need it most. Tower based, you will use the spring resistance to full capacity to help you strengthen and tone your whole body to create powerful, resilient muscles.

The Tower is very suited to multi-level classes, designed to help you improve your technique. It’s really useful to help build your mat practise also.

MAT

The Mat work is a powerful standalone practice using your bodyweight against gravity. This applied movement builds muscle group strength and cooperation. You will improve core strength, flexibility and overall mobility.

Come ready to focus, flow and work hard.

Limited places (max 6) means you are serious about change.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We offer a super supportive environment that enables you to explore without judgement. Over time, with personalised instruction, you create healthy movement that supports you and subtly changes you. These sessions are a learning space for you to build, find connections, become confident and quietly powerful.

BOOK

How to book

Simply click the Book button in the menu and select your class or private session. You can then set up an account, choose a package and book your session.

If you’re new to Pilates we’d recommend that you first book a Discovery Session to become familiar with the studio and equipment first to help you get the most out of your sessions.

What if I can’t make a session?

You can cancel and re-book any class 24 hours before it starts. After this time the your class is non-refundable. 5 Class Passes have an expiry of 6 weeks.
