We are committed to the original method with a systematic, progressive approach and teach Mat Pilates as a part of the wider Pilates system. You will use the traditional mat as a piece of equipment with handles and straps to help you achieve a balance of strength and stretch your body.

3:1 SMALL GROUP EQUIPMENT

All of our group classes are scheduled and purchased on a “course term” basis, meaning that you book a particular class (i.e. Monday at 9.30am) for the entire term. Each term is usually around 5 or 6 weeks duration depending on Bank Holidays etc. Course terms are non refundable.

This allows us to bring about the positive change you work so hard for and allows you to build week on week in a truly progressive way. The benefits of this booking far outweigh the flexibility a pass might bring, particularly on equipment sessions but in all sessions.

We also offer Discovery sessions before the course starts so you can come along for a taster before committing to the full course. Discovery sessions are £12 and can be booked in using our booking system below:
