This depends on what your goals are. Twice a week is ideal, three times gets you there quicker, once a week slower. The main thing is that you have regular weekly sessions. Once a month isn’t really going to work.

As long as you’re cleared from your doctor/physician absolutely yes! It’s always helpful if they’re willing to pass on latest notes  but sessions will be built around your needs.

Of course you can. We will start wherever your starting point is and move from there. This is actually why many people seek to do it, to relive stiffness. You can combine Pilates with some Stretch Therapy.

Just yourself, you might want water on a hot day but the room temperature will be set appropriately for your enjoyment.

Ideally something you’re comfortable moving in and won’t get caught on things, no zips or jewellery please. You won’t need trainers as we’ll work out in bare feet or socks.
